1.Identify the problem

The channel operator will contact the company to inquire whether the product is sold by the company, and whether it is under warranty period and warranty coverage.

3.Warranty Description

Warranty period:

No need to register, with the warranty card after-sales: traditional speakers, subwoofers and customized installation products enjoy three-year warranty service; digital speakers enjoy one-year warranty service. (Subject to the actual time of shipment)


Warranty coverage:

By the UNITEDAUDIO side of the inspection, your product is determined to be due to poor materials, workmanship or function caused by the failure, the sound federal will carry out free repair or replacement of spare parts.

In the following cases, UNITEDAUDIO will not be able to provide you with free warranty service for your product under warranty:

●Damage or malfunction due to improper use, negligent care, etc., caused by failure to follow the instructions in the operation manual;

●Normal wear and tear, wear parts, etc;


●Failure or damage caused by using the Sound Federal product for any purpose other than its normal use;

●Damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-original accessories or parts, or repair or modification by a non-authorized repair center;

●Incorrect installation;

●Products sent back on their own without an audited declaration of after-sales service;

●Consumers purchasing overseas versions of branded products are not eligible for warranty and repair services under this policy.

4.Description of costs

The cost depends on the specific problem and your warranty status. If the problem with the product is covered by the warranty and within the warranty period, you do not have to pay for the repair; if the problem is not covered by the warranty or not within the warranty period, you will have to pay for the out-of-warranty repair. However, not all problems can be repaired. We may not be able to provide repair service if your product is severely damaged or if the damage or malfunction is caused by unauthorized modification or unofficial authorized repair.

●The customer and the company each bear the cost of the courier: if the customer sends the product or accessory to the company, the customer will bear the cost of shipping; if the company sends the product or accessory back to the customer, the company will bear the cost of shipping (refused to accept the delivery of goods on arrival, refused to accept the express delivery of the three-way and one-delivery).

●If the product is damaged by human, the repair cost and shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


●Because of the consideration of logistics damage will bring unnecessary secondary damage to the appearance of the product, all after-sales service in principle do not accept the finished product the whole goods back. If you want to send back the whole machine, the customer is responsible for the freight and transportation damage.

●Replacement parts and labor inspection fees will be charged for purchases made through non-authorized channels, regardless of whether the product is out of warranty.

●If purchased through non-authorized channels, the round-trip courier fee will be borne by the user, regardless of whether the product is under warranty or not.
